1. All Medicaid Rules and Regulations are filed on the Secretary of State’s website. You can search for a specific rule or regulation by date, title or keyword.

2. Some Medicaid Rules and Regulations are found in the DHS Policy Manual and EOHHS Code of Regulations.
This version of the Rules and Regulations allows the user to search by section or by number of the rule or regulation. The rules are updated weekly to incorporate any amendments and/or revisions that were filed with the Secretary of State’s office.
